Nicosia, 9 July 11 (T.A.K.): President of Turkish Republic Of Cyprus (TRNC) Dervis Eroglu, said that, he is believing that Cyprus problem would be solved through intensified negotiations till the end of the year.
Speaking at a joint press conference with Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, Eroglu added that, they are always carry the process in dialogue with motherland Turkey.
In the press conference Davutoglu, also said that common objective should be achieve a comprehensive solution until the end of this year and have a referendum in the first month of the 2012.
Davutoglu said, there has been some progress at negotiation in general but it is time to have a political view for both side to achieve a comprehensive solution.
Pointing out that, the solution will base on the principles and parameters of May 23, 2008 declaration which assumed that the new state will be bi-zonal, bi-communal state based on the political equality of two constitute state, "Turkish Cypriot side is doing negotiation to achieve this goal" Davutoglu said.
After stressing the support of Turkey to Turkish Cypriots, he said that the historical bridge between Anatolia and Cyprus will be strengthen by a bridge of water.
Davutoglu also gave a message to Greek Cypriots. "It is time for peace. There is no future to the way of process. You have to be side for a comprehensive solution now. It is time for peace" he said.
The Turkish foreign minister lastly noted that it is time to lift the embargoes against the Turkish Cypriots and act to both side on an equal base.
